党的十九届六中全会强调,要立足新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局、推动高质量发展、促进共同富裕。共同富裕是社会主义发展深刻要求的,是人民群众热烈期盼的,更是社会主义现代化发展的重要特征。习近平总书记着眼促进共同繁荣、共同发展,明确提出要促进共同富裕,必须在高质量发展这一前提下进行,从而为进一步实现共同富裕提供了思想引领。本文充分认识高质量发展在促进共同富裕中的重要意义,分析高质量发展与共同富裕之间的辩证关系及促进共同富裕的实施路径,以便更好地在新时期开创新局面,开启华丽新篇章。

The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee emphasized the need to base on the new development stage,implement the new development concept,build a new development pattern,and promote high-quality development and common prosperity.Common prosperity is profoundly required by socialist development,warmly desired by the people,and an important feature of socialist modern development.Focusing on promoting common prosperity and common development,General Secretary Xi Jinping has clearly proposed that the promotion of common prosperity must be carried out under the premise of high-quality development,thus providing ideological leadership for further realizing common prosperity.This article fully understands the importance of high-quality development in promoting common prosperity and analyzes the dialectical relationship between high-quality development and common prosperity and the implementation paths of promoting common prosperity,to better break new ground and open a gorgeous new chapter in the new era.
