基于覆盖模型的菜鸟驿站布局研究——以江苏省南通市崇川区小区为例

Research on the Layout of the Cainiao Courier Station Based on the Overlay Model--Taking the Community in Chongchuan District of Nantong,Jiangsu

本文研究了菜鸟驿站的布局,首先对江苏省南通市崇川区各小区菜鸟驿站的位置、距离等参数进行收集,其次建立物流成本最小化下的覆盖模型并进行标准化,最后求解覆盖模型。在此基础上,不考虑菜鸟驿站店铺面积与道路曲折情况下的解集,运用层次分析法将结论与调查结果对比分析。结果表明,该方式可减少物流成本。

This article studies the layout of the Cainiao courier station.First,the parameters such as the location and distance of the Cainiao courier station are collected in each community in Chongchuan District in the Nantong City of Jiangsu Province.Second,the overlay model with the minimization of logistics cost is established and standardized,and finally,the overlay model is solved.On this basis,without the consideration of the set of solutions of Cainiao courier station’s store coverage and road twists and turns,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to compare the conclusions with the survey results.The results show that this method can reduce logistics costs.
