摘要
近年来,人工智能识别技术的发展给招聘模式带来了全新路径。针对企业“招人难,留人难”的现实困境,结合人岗匹配理论,梳理了人工智能识别技术的作用原理,剖析精准招聘的逻辑。同时,借助企业用户画像构建可视化模型,再将其应用为企业建立人才数据库,从而达到精准招聘目的。最后,从求职者和企业用户两方面进行分析总结,提出搭建基于人工智能识别精准招聘平台的意义。
In recent years,the development of artifi cial intelligence(AI)recognition technology has brought a new path to the recruitment model.Firstly,for the real dilemmas of“being diffi cult to recruit and retain employees”,combined with the theory of person-job matching,the principle of the role of AI recognition technology is sorted out and the logic of precision recruitment is analyzed.Secondly,the visualization model is built with the help of enterprise user portrait,and then it is applied to establish a talent database for enterprises,to achieve the purpose of precision recruitment.Finally,this article analyzes and concludes from two aspects of job seekers and enterprise users,and points out the signifi cance of building a precision recruitment platform based on AI recognition technology.
