摘要
企业经过一定发展后必定向着专业化和多元化发展,大多数企业单一化经营已经很难满足发展要求,必须朝着多元化发展。近年来,一直以专业化经营的格力电器面对主营业务的激烈竞争,进行了相关多元化转型。然而在转型过程中,如何正确从专业化向多元化转型及具体战略的选择是企业着重关注的方向。
After a period of development,enterprises are bound to develop in the direction of specialization and diversification,and most of them have difficulty in meeting the development requirements with a single operating model and must develop in a diversified way.In recent years,Gree Electric Appliances,which has been operating with specialization,has been facing fierce competition in its main business and has carried out relevant diversification transformation.However,in the process of transformation,how to correctly transform from specialization to diversification and the choice of specific strategies are the aspects that enterprises should focus on.
