The Promotion of Flexible Employment for University Career Guidance in the Era of Digital Economy

高校毕业生的就业问题和社会安定有着密切关系,但目前高校就业指导工作面临的问题较多,尤其是在数字经济时代下,我国就业市场发生了巨大变化,在新形势下高校如何加强就业指导,引导大学生树立正确的择业观,培养更多复合型人才,是一项极为艰难的工作。本文主要从数字经济时代高校毕业生的就业现状及受到的影响进行分析,并提出高校就业指导的策略,以期为高校就业指导提供一定借鉴。

The employment of college graduates and social stability have a close relationship,but at present,the employment guidance work in colleges and universities faces more problems,especially in the era of digital economy,China’s employment market has undergone great changes,so in the new situation,how to strengthen the employment guidance in colleges and universities,guide college students to establish a correct concept of career choice,and cultivate more compound talents is an extremely difficult job.This article mainly analyzes the employment situation and its influence on college graduates in the era of digital economy and puts forward the strategies of employment guidance in colleges and universities,hoping to provide some references for employment guidance in colleges and universities.
