新型高温高压测试封隔器研制与应用

摘要 超深油气藏具有高温、高压、高含硫等特性,现有测试封隔器在超深油气井测试过程中存在承压能力弱、耐温性差、高比重泥浆中井下性能不稳定等问题。针对这些问题,设计新型高温高压测试封隔器,通过封隔器密封胶筒优选及室内性能实验结合现场试验表明:研制的封隔器在170℃、工作压差50MPa的条件下保证油套封隔无泄漏,在3000m3酸液注入量的条件下依然工具性能稳定。 Ultra-deep oil and gas reservoirs are characterized by high temperature,high pressure and high sulfur content.The existing test packers have some problems in the testing process of ultra-deep oil and gas wells,such as low pressure-resistance capacity,poor temperature resistance and unstable downhole performance in high specific gravity mud.To solve those problems,a new type of HTHP test packer was designed.Through the optimization of the packer's sealant element and the laboratory performance test combined with the field test,the results show that the developed packer can ensure no leakage of sealing between casing and tubing under the condition of 170℃and 50MPa working pressure difference,and the tool performance is still stable in the case of 3000m3 acid injection.
