基层党建共建与生产经营相融合的实践探索

Practical exploration of the integration of primary-level Party building and production management

为进一步深化国有企业基层党建共建与生产经营相融合,以井下测试公司巴州塔里木测试分公司地面党支部的联创共建开展现况为例,提出“四联四结三位一体”链条式共建工作法,作为实现联创共建与生产经营深度融合的途径,供广大党务工作者参考。

In order to further deepen the basic party building of state-owned enterprises and the integration of business and operation,taking as an example the state quo of the joint Party building in the surface testing Party branch of the Tarim subsidiary company of Jianghan downhole testing company,this paper puts forward the“four-four-three combinations”chain style for joint Party building,which can be used as an approach to realizing the joint Party building and the deeper integration of business and operation and also as the reference for a mountain of Party workers.
