高频超声与MSCT在腹外疝中的诊断价值比较

Comparison of the Diagnostic Value of High Frequency Ultrasound and MSCT in External Abdominal Hernia

目的:探讨高频超声(HFU)与多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在腹外疝(EAH)中的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析2016年10月至2019年10月我院收治的100例腹外疝(EAH)患者临床资料,根据患者使用的超声检查设备进行分组,每组各50例。手术病理为诊断金标准,对比两组超声诊断结果并评估高频超声与MSCT检测的阳性检出率、准确率、灵敏度与特异度。结果:HFU、MSCT在各型EAH中的诊断准确率分别为90.91%、87.06%,两者检测的灵敏度与特异度分别为86.00%、84.00%与88.00%、92.00%,比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HFU与MSCT对各型EAH的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值,能准确诊断疝并发症并估计疝类型,为评估手术风险及制定治疗方案提供重要信息,可作为术前首选鉴别方法。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound(HFU)and multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)in external abdominal hernia(EAH).Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 100 patients with external abdominal hernia(EAH)admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2019.The patients were divided into groups according to the ultrasound examination equipment used by the patients,with 50 cases in each group.Surgical pathology is the gold standard for diagnosis.Compare the ultrasound diagnosis results of the two groups and evaluate the positive detection rate,accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of high-frequency ultrasound and MSCT detection.Results:The diagnostic accuracy rates of HFU and MSCT in each type of EAH were 90.91% and 87.06%,respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of the two detections were 86.00%,84.00% and 88.00%,92.00%,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference in comparison.(P<0.05).Conclusion:HFU and MSCT are of great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of various types of EAH.They can accurately diagnose hernia complications and estimate hernia types,provide important information for evaluating surgical risks and formulating treatment plans,and can be used as the first choice for differential diagnosis before surgery.
