浅析淮北煤矿锅炉“气代煤”项目建设

Analysis on the Project of "Replacing Coal with Gas" in Huaibei Coal Fired Boiler

分析了宿州周边淮北煤电集团的煤矿锅炉“气代煤”项目特点和实施要点,在管线路由、压力级制、管材选用等方面充分考虑了煤矿行业的专业标准和管理需求,同时也给出了后期安全保供和维保服务的措施。在该项目建设中,燃气公司通过优化改造原有城市燃气管网,既保障了矿区和周边乡镇的燃气供应,又增强了自身的储气调峰能力。

This paper analyzes the characteristics and implementation points of the coal mine boiler "gas instead of coal" project of Huaibei coal power group around Suzhou, fully considering the professional standards and management needs of the coal mine industry in terms of pipeline routing, pressure level system and pipe selection,and also gives the measures of safety supply and maintenance services in the later stage. In the construction of the project, the gas company not only ensures the gas supply of the mining area and surrounding towns, but also enhances its own gas storage and peak shaving capacity by optimizing and transforming the original urban gas pipe network.
