The deployment of Shanghai’s digital transformation strategy and the development of digital and information technology have brought new challenges and opportunities to the management of urban gas projects.This paper analyzes the traditional characteristics of urban gas engineering, discusses the operation mode and architectural design requirements of the digital operation platform, details the achievements of digital transformation from the aspects of project progress, abnormal condition handling and quality safety management,and gives reasonable suggestions for platform construction.
