关于上海加氢站规划布局和建设路径的若干思考

Thoughts on Planning Layout and Construction Route of Hydrogen Refueling Station in Shanghai

加氢站基础设施建设是氢燃料电池产业发展的重要支撑。通过对上海市加氢站发展的现状情况和政策梳理,从宏观角度,分析了加氢站布局的原则导向、重点区域和空间结构;从微观角度,分析项目的建设模式、选址条件和技术发展的影响因素,并从机制保障方面提出了加氢站建设的相关建议,以期为加氢站布局和选址提供有益参考。

Infrastructure construction of hydrogenation stations is an important support for the development of hydrogen fuel cell industry. In this paper, the principle orientation, key areas and spatial structure of hydrogenation station layout are analyzed from a macroscopic perspective by sorting out the status quo and policies of the development of hydrogenation stations in the city. From the micro point of view, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of project construction mode, site selection conditions and technological development. In order to provide useful reference for the layout and site selection of hydrogenation stations, some suggestions on the construction of hydrogenation stations are put forward from the aspect of mechanism for guarantee.
