基于优先级的航班时刻弹性优化

摘要 针对机场时刻分配效率低、滥用、航班延误等问题,结合航班在起飞和降落运行过程中造成机场与空域关键节点拥堵的严重情况和其他属性,建立航班运行优先级,提出了最少筛选调整航班的方法。考虑为时刻协调提供灵活性,满足不同层级需求,建立考虑优先级的最小化总偏移航班时刻弹性优化模型,设计出高效的最优化算法并且使用MATLAB工具箱进行求解。以浦东机场冬春航季典型日计划为例检验模型和算法的有效性,优化后的航班时刻表能够很好地满足航空公司偏好,生成多解也能够为时刻协调员提供多个辅助决策方案。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,abuse and flight delays in airport slot allocation,combined with the serious situation and other attributes of the congestion of the airport and key nodes in the airspace during the flight′s take-off and landing operations.The flight operation priority is established,and the method of least screening and adjusting flight is proposed.Consider providing flexibility for schedule coordination to meet the needs of different levels,establish a flexible optimization model for minimizing total offset flight schedule considering priority,design an efficient optimization algorithm and use the MATLAB toolbox to solve it.Finally,the validity of the model and algorithm is tested by taking the typical daily schedule of Pudong Airport in winter and spring as an example.The optimized flight schedule can well meet the airline′s preference.Generating multiple solutions can also provide multiple auxiliary decision-making schemes for the time coordinator.
