摘要
机场港湾的存在可以大幅提高近机位的数量,但同时也会导致局部区域航班运行冲突加剧、机位使用效率降低。为有效解决这一问题,结合某大型机场港湾区机位使用规则、航班运行时间节点等历史运行数据进行分析和建模,提出一种航班冲突检测算法,实现了所有航班的冲突检测,并给出等待时间过长的航班所遇到的冲突的量化评价指标,为机场指挥调度人员复盘研究和改进调度方法提供依据。
The existence of airport bays can greatly increase the number of near stands,but at the same time,it will also lead to the intensification of flight conflicts in local areas and the reduction of stand utilization efficiency.In order to effectively solve this problem,this paper analyzes and models the historical operation data such as the parking space use rules in the bay area of a large airport and the flight operation time nodes,and proposes a flight conflict detection algorithm,which realizes the conflict detection of all flights,and gives the quantitative evaluation index of the conflicts encountered by the flights with long waiting time,so as to provide a basis for the airport commander and dispatcher to redo the research and improve the scheduling method.
