超越自由与尊严的人类教育蓝图:斯金纳行为主义理念背景下的教育文化设计探析

摘要 基于斯金纳行为主义心理学的社会文化设计思想对于教育文化有着直接的影响。超越自由与尊严的教育文化要求在目标上鼓励教育参与者努力挣脱现实的束缚,追寻自己充实的教育人生梦想,创造专属自己的人生精彩故事;要求从课程内容上不断拓展学习资源,持续减少教育资源的匮乏,促进教育公平;还要不断改善评价,摆脱低级简单评价,提升评价层次,增加评价的丰富性。超越尊严导向的教育文化设计的先决性要求尽量减少损害尊严的负强化,不断改善强化的方式,提高强化的有效性与可持续性。具体来说,就是要求我们教育参与者要持续地改善受教育者成长的环境,提升环境中的自由和丰富程度,创造教育的“桃花源”。 The social and cultural design ideas based on Skinner’s behaviorist psychology have a direct impact on educational culture.Education that transcends freedom and dignity requires that education participants strive to break free from the shackles of reality,pursue their fulfilling educational life dreams,and create their own wonderful life stories;require continuous expansion of learning resources from curriculum content and continuous reduction of education The scarcity of resources promotes educational equity;it is also necessary to continuously improve the evaluation,get rid of the low-level simple evaluation,upgrade the evaluation level,and increase the richness of the evaluation.The prerequisite requirement for the design of education culture beyond dignity is to minimize the negative reinforcement that damages dignity.The requirement is to continuously improve the method of reinforcement,increase the effectiveness and sustainability of reinforcement,and require our education participants to continuously improve the growth of educators,to enhance the freedom and richness in the environment in order to create a paradise for education.
