摘要
新冠肺炎疫情发生以来,全国各中小学校开展了线上教学,探索利用信息化手段实施教育教学工作。为全面掌握吉林省义务教育阶段教师线上教学开展情况,笔者对吉林省9个市州的教师开展了问卷调查。调研发现,吉林省线上教学存在以下几个问题:一是网络平台具有局限性;二是学情难以掌控,教学效果满意度不高;三是教学管理存在困难;四是家校共育机制不健全。针对吉林省线上教学存在的问题,提出以下几点改进建议:一是完善平台建设,整合优质教育教学资源;二是转变教师角色,提升信息技术应用能力;三是建立线上教学管理、评价机制,完善教师对学生以及学校对教师的监管力度;四是建立家校共育机制,发挥家长的监督作用。
The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought great impact on the production and life of people across the country,and also put forward more and higher requirements for the education industry.Since the outbreak of COVID-19,primary and secondary schools across China have carried out online teaching and explored the use of information technology to implement education and teaching.In order to fully grasp the online teaching situation of teachers in compulsory education stage in Jilin Province,the author carried out a questionnaire survey among teachers in 9 cities and states in Jilin Province.The survey found that there are several problems in online teaching in Jilin Province:first,the network platform has limitations;Second,learning is difficult to control the teaching effect satisfaction is not high;Third,there are difficulties in teaching management;Fourth,the home-school co-education mechanism is not sound.In view of the problems existing in online teaching in Jilin Province,the following suggestions are put forward:first,improve the platform construction and integrate high-quality education and teaching resources;Second,change the role of teachers to enhance the ability of information technology application;Third,establish online teaching management and evaluation mechanism,improve the supervision of teachers to students and schools to teachers;Fourth,the establishment of home-school co-education mechanism,play the role of parental supervision.
