The interprofessional education which is the innovative way to cultivate high-level complex nursing professionals provides a new direction and faces new challenges for the cultivation mode of nursing master's degree postgraduates.This paper summarized the purpose and development form of interprofessional education,and the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats(SWOT)in cultivation of nursing master's degree postgraduates in order to provide reference for the development of interprofessional education for nursing master's degree postgraduates.
