Application of Micro-gas Turbine Distributed System in Washing Industry

介绍微燃机(即微型燃气轮机)分布式系统在洗涤行业内的应用。通过上海某洗涤企业实际项目的建设及运行分析,总结微燃机分布式系统的一些设计经验和运行数据。应用实践表明:采用微燃机分布式系统,符合国家节能减排政策,可实现清洁生产、帮助客户节约运行成本和节能降碳。运行数据分析结果可以看出气电比对年节约运行费用影响较大,气电比越小,年可节约运行费用越多。

This paper introduces the application of the micro-gas turbine distributed system in the washing industry. Through the analysis of the construction and operation of the actual project, a washing enterprise in Shanghai, some design experience and operation datum of micro-gas turbine distributed system are summarized.The application practice shows that the micro-gas turbine distributed system conforms to the national energy conservation and emission reduction policy, and can realize cleaner production, help customers save operating costs, energy and carbon. The results of operation datum analysis show that the gas electricity ratio has a greater impact on the annual operation cost savings. The smaller the gas electricity ratio, the higher the annual operation cost savings.
