摘要
随着城镇化进程的放缓,燃气企业以精细化经营、降本增效作为发展的战略方向,降低购销差成为其中的重点工作。结合燃气企业购销差现状,从上游购入端、管网输配端、下游销售端、购销差测算环节等方面分析问题成因,并在制度建设、员工管理、业务运营、宣传保障等方面给出相应的对策,实现对企业购销差的控制,降低成本,提高企业效益。
With the slowdown of urbanization,gas enterprises take refined operation,cost reduction and efficiency increase as the strategic direction of development,and reducing the purchase and sales gap has become the key work.Combined with the current situation of the purchase and sale difference of gas enterprises,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of the upstream purchase end,pipe network transmission and distribution end,downstream sales end,purchase and sale difference calculation link,and gives corresponding countermeasures in the aspects of system construction,staff management,business operation,publicity and guarantee,so as to realize the control of the purchase and sale difference of enterprises,reduce costs,and improve enterprise benefits.
