麝香保心丸联合常规西药对心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛患者血脂代谢及血液流变学的影响

Effects of Shexiang Baoxin pill combined with conventional western medicine on blood lipid metabolism and hemorheology in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris of heart blood stasis type

目的探讨麝香保心丸联合常规西药治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法将2019年1月至2020年12月我院收治的80例心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为对照组(40例,常规西药)和观察组(40例,常规西药+麝香保心丸)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平及全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的内皮素-1(ET-1)、血栓素B2(TXB2)水平低于对照组,一氧化氮(NO)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室质量指数(LVMI)低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸联合常规西药可有效改善心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛患者的血脂代谢及血液流变学,增强血管内皮功能及心功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shexiang Baoxin pill combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris of heart blood stasis type.Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris of heart blood stasis type admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group(40 cases,conventional western medicine)and observation group(40 cases,conventional western medicine+Shexiang Baoxin pill).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)levels,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endothelin-1(ET-1)and thromboxane B2(TXB2)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the nitric oxide(NO)level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular mass index(LVMI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the each dimension scores of seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin pill combined with conventional western medicine can effectively improve blood lipid metabolism and hemorheology of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris of heart blood stasis type,enhance vascular endothelial function and cardiac function,and improve quality of life.
