益气化斑方治疗过敏性紫癜的效果及对患儿免疫功能的影响

Effect of Yiqi Huaban recipe on allergic purpura and its influence on immune function in children

目的分析益气化斑方治疗过敏性紫癜的效果及对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月来我院治疗的68例过敏性紫癜患儿为研究对象,根据电脑盲选法将其分为对照组(n=34,常规西药治疗)与研究组(n=34,益气化斑方)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗2周后,研究组CD4^(+)CD25^(+)T细胞、补体3(C3)及补体4(C4)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,研究组可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及白细胞三烯B4(LTB4)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,研究组丙二醛(MDA)水平低于对照组,总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组紫癜、关节疼痛及腹痛消失天数短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气化斑方治疗过敏性紫癜的效果显著,有利于改善患儿的免疫功能,减轻炎症反应与氧化应激反应,缩短症状消失时间。

Objective To analyze the effect of Yiqi Huaban recipe on allergic purpura and its influence on immune function in children.Methods Sixty-eight cases of children with allergic purpura treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,according to the computer blind selection method,the children were divided into control group(n=34,routine western medicine treatment)and study group(n=34,Yiqi Huaban recipe).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,CD4^(+)CD25^(+)T cells,complement 3(C3)and complement 4(C4)levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1),interleukin-6(IL-6)and leukotrienes B4(LTB4)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the malondialdehyde(MDA)level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance days of purpura,joint pain and abdominal pain in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Yiqi Huaban recipe in the treatment of allergic purpura has a significant effect,which is beneficial to improve the immune function of children,reduce the inflammatory response and oxidative stress response,and shorten the disappearance time of symptoms.
