自我效能护理在卵巢癌术后护理中的应用效果及对患者负性情绪、生活质量的影响

Application effect of self-efficacy nursing in postoperative nursing of ovarian cancer and its influences on negative emotion and quality of life of patients

目的探讨自我效能护理在卵巢癌术后护理中的应用效果及对患者负性情绪、生存质量的影响。方法选取我院2018年12月至2020年12月收治的60例卵巢癌手术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予自我效能护理。比较两组的自护能力、负性情绪、生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理后,两组的健康知识水平、自护技能、自护责任、自我概念评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的迷惑、敌意、抑郁和焦虑评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的精神健康、情感职能、活力、生理职能、生理功能、总体健康评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我效能护理在卵巢癌术后护理中的应用效果显著,能够提升患者的自我护理能力,减轻负面情绪,提高生活质量及护理满意度,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of self-efficacy nursing in postoperative nursing of ovarian cancer and its influences on negative emotion and quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with ovarian cancer treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given self-efficacy nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The self-care ability,negative emotion,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the health knowledge level,self-care skills,self-care responsibility and self-concept scores of the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of confusion,hostility,depression and anxiety of the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of mental health,emotional function,vitality,role-physical function,physiological function and overall health in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-efficacy nursing in postoperative nursing of ovarian cancer surgery has remarkable application effect,it can improve patients'self-care ability,reduce negative emotions,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
