环节式健康教育模式在脊柱骨折患者微创手术围术期的应用效果

Application effect of link type health education mode in the perioperative period of minimally invasive surgery for spinal fracture patients

目的探讨环节式健康教育模式在脊柱骨折患者微创手术围术期的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月我院骨科收治的60例脊柱骨折微创手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施围术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施环节式健康教育模式。比较两组的自我效能、心理状态、睡眠质量、疼痛程度、舒适度及护理满意度。结果护理后,两组的一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分均高于护理前,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于护理前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后第1、2、3天,观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论环节式健康教育模式用于脊柱骨折微创手术围术期可增强患者自我效能,减轻术后疼痛感,提升躯体舒适度,改善心理状态及睡眠状况,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of link type health education mode in the perioperative period of minimally invasive surgery for spinal fracture patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with minimally invasive surgery for spinal fracture admitted in the orthopaedics department of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received perioperative routine nursing,and the observation group received link type health education mode on the basis of the control group.The self-efficacy,psychological state,sleep quality,degree of pain,comfort and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score in the two groups was higher than that before nursing,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).At 1,2 and 3 d after operation,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while the general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Link type health education mode used in the perioperative period of minimally invasive surgery for spinal fracture can enhance self-efficacy of patients,reduce postoperative pain,improve physical comfort,ameliorate psychological state and sleep conditions,and improve nursing satisfaction.
