摘要
通过对美国公共卫生协会(APHA)5220D封闭回流,分光光度法测定水体中COD的检测方法的分析,发现其与传统的国标重铬酸钾法相比较,具有操作简便,水样及试剂用量少,降低实验室汞盐污染等优点,易于开展批量监测,方法值得借鉴和推广。
Through analyzing the determination method of COD of American Public Health Association(APHA),we found it is simpler,use less samples and reagents than the traditional method of GB,and reducing the pollution in laboratory.It is easy to carry out batch monitoring,so the method is worthy referencing and to promoting.
