摘要
利用廉价农林废弃物处理废水的研究,近年来引起了人们越来越多的关注。本文探究了核桃壳粉、红柚内皮粉、香蕉皮粉处理含Cr^(6+)废水的去除效果。结果表明,核桃壳是最佳的吸附剂,无需对其进行改性、碳化等处理,即可达到以废治废的目的。在初始条件为50mg·L^(-1)的含铬废水50mL时,最佳吸附条件为核桃壳粉的投加量2.0g、pH值为1、吸附时间1h,此时Cr^(6+)的去除率达到99.16%,处理后的废水达到了国家含Cr^(6+)废水的排放标准。核桃壳粉去除率高的原因是其孔隙率高达62.6%,有更多的吸附位点。通过测定孔隙率,为吸附剂筛选提供了一个快速可行的途径。
Treatment of wastewater on utilization of cheap agricultural and forestry wastes has attracted more and more attention in recent years.This paper studied the adsorption effect of walnut shell powder,red grapefruit endothelium powder and banana peel powder on treatment of wastewater containing chromium ions.The results showed that walnut shell was the best adsorbents,and no need to modify or carbonize,which could achieve the purpose of waste treatment.As the origin condition was 50mL imitate wastewater containing Cr^(6+)50mg·L^(-1),the beat adsorption condition is 2.0g of walnut shell powder,the pH value is 1,1h of adsorption time,Cr^(6+)removal rate reached 99.16%.The treated wastewater meets the national standard for discharges containing Cr^(6+).The reason of high removal rate of walnut shell powder is due to its porosity rate is up to 62.6%,it has more adsorption site.A quick and feasible way of adsorbent screening is provided by determining porosity.
