摘要
南四湖是山东省重要的水源地,其水质情况关系山东省内用水安全。本文从南四湖养殖水体采样,采用富集培养得到反硝化细菌,通过形态学观察、16S rRNA基因序列分析及同源性比对,初步鉴定该菌株为蜡样芽孢杆菌。
Nansihu Lake is an important water source in Shandong Province,and its water quality is related to the water safety in Shandong Province.In this paper,denitrifying bacteria were obtained through enrichment culture from the aquaculture water body of Nansihu Lake.Through morphological observation,16S rRNA gene sequence analysis and homology comparison,the strain was preliminarily identified as Bacillus cereus.
