This paper introduced the basic situation of the demonstration site for animal husbandry system reform in Mendui Village,Deqing Town,Duilongdeqing District,expounded the necessity and significance of animal husbandry system reform,introduced the implementation steps of animal husbandry system reform,and analyzed the problems existing in the process of exploration and practice,and put forward the priorities of the next step,specifically including strengthe-ning the ideological guidance of the masses,actively cooperating with relevant units to complete livestock breeding suppor-ting construction projects,actively seeking policy support funds,exploring and negotiating management and operation models,etc.,in order to provide reference for the development of animal husbandry system reform in Tibet Autonomous Region.
