中国沿海省份渔业产业竞争力比较研究

Comparison and Analysis of Fishery Industry Competitiveness in China′s Coastal Provinces

为比较中国沿海省份渔业产业竞争力,通过分析并借鉴产业竞争力理论,查阅《2020中国渔业统计年鉴》获取统计数据,运用AHP方法和德尔菲法建立指标评价体系进行计算。结果表明,山东省是沿海省份中渔业产业竞争力最强的省份,影响渔业产业竞争力的最重要因素是资源禀赋,其次是长期获利能力;休闲渔业的发展状况在评价渔业产业竞争力中倍受重视,将成为乡村休闲观光旅游新的经济增长点。建议各地区要因地制宜推进渔业一、二、三产融合发展,提高渔业产品附加值和产业竞争力。

In order to compare the competitiveness of fishery industry in China′s coastal provinces,this paper analyzed and drew on the theory of industrial competitiveness,obtained statistical data by referring to 2020 China Fishery Statistical Yearbook,and established an index evaluation system for calculation by AHP method and Delphi method.The results showed that Shandong Province was the most competitive province in fishery industry among the coastal provinces,and resource endowment was the most important factor affecting the competitiveness of fishery industry,followed by long-term profitability.The development of recreational fishery has been emphasized in the evaluation of fishery industry competitiveness and would become a new economic growth point of rural leisure tourism.It is suggested that all regions should promote the integrated development of fishery,secondary and tertiary industries in accordance with local conditions and improve the added value of fishery products and industrial competitiveness.
