半穿甲弹对舰船加筋板结构穿甲数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究半穿甲弹对舰船加筋板结构穿甲过程对于舰船结构设计以及使用半穿甲弹对舰船进行打击时的毁伤评估分析等都具有重要参考价值。采用数值模拟方法研究半穿甲弹对舰船加筋板结构穿甲过程的结构响应、毁伤机理以及弹丸穿甲剩余速度,并将数值模拟和理论计算结果做对比,验证数值方法的可靠性。结果表明,当弹丸分别对加筋板有筋部位和无筋部位侵彻时,加筋板的破口形态、能量吸收以及弹丸速度变化等情况都有明显不同,可见加强筋对于弹丸穿甲影响的大小主要取决于弹丸着靶的位置。 The research on armor piercing process of ship stiffened plate by semi-armor-piercing projectile is of significance for ship structure design and damage assessment. The numerical simulation method is adopted to research on structural response, damage mechanism and residual velocity of the projectile when the ship stiffened plate is penetrated by semiarmor-piercing projectile. Verify the reliability of numerical methods by comparing the results of numerical simulation and the theoretical. The results show that when the projectile penetrates into the reinforced and non-reinforced parts of the stiffened plate, the size of the break in the stiffened plate, the energy absorption, and the change of the projectile velocity are all significantly different. It can be seen that the impact of the ribs on the penetration of the projectile depends on the position of the penetration.
