摘要
船体的结构安全与强度安全会因T型接头的残余应力产生隐患。本文主要研究不同焊接顺序对T型接头残余应力的影响。使用Ansys热力学分析软件对T型焊接的温度场与应力场进行数值模拟,利用生死单元技术模拟热源的移动和材料的填充过程。比较温度云图在不同时间的变化及固定位置上节点的热循环曲线,再比较应力的分布云图与焊缝附近的应力曲线,最后分析不同焊接顺序试件变形的影响,为焊接工艺优化提供理论指导。
The structural safety and strength safety of the hull will cause hidden danger due to the residual stress of the T-jiont. Therefore, this article mainly studies the influence of different welding sequences on the residual stress of T-joints.Use Ansys thermodynamic analysis software to numerically simulate the temperature field and stress field of T-welding, and use the life and death element technology to simulate the movement of the heat source and the filling process of the material.Compare the temperature cloud diagram at different times and the thermal cycle curve of the node at a fixed position, then compare the stress distribution cloud diagram with the stress curve near the weld, and finally analyze the influence of the deformation of the test piece in different welding sequences to provide theoretical guidance for the optimization of the welding process.
