摘要
以红钻蔓绿绒组培苗为试材,通过滴灌控制栽培基质的含水量,研究不同基质含水量对红钻蔓绿绒生长发育的影响。结果表明:随基质含水量增加,成活率、株高、生根数及最长根长呈上升趋势;对冠幅、叶片数、叶绿素含量影响不显著。基质含水量为60%时成活率最高,冠幅和最长根长数值最大,为最适含水量。
The effects of different substrate moisture content on the growth and development of Philodendron red diamond were studied and the change rule of growth index correlation coefficient of Philodendron red diamond under different water content was analyzed,by controlling the water content of substrate for tissue cultured plantlets of it through drip irrigation.The results show that the increase of water content leads to the increase of the survival rate,plant height,number of roots and longest root length,but had no significant effects on the crown width,number of leaves and chlorophyll content.The survival rate was the highest when the moisture content of the substrate was 60%,and the values of crown width and longest root length were the highest,which was the optimum moisture content.
