It is a very important technical guarantee of the determination of antibiotic content in drugs to ensure the effectiveness of antibiotics and reduce the abuse of antibiotics.Drug residues as a new kind of organic pollutants are attracting more and more attention,so the determination of antibiotic content is particularly important.The main determination methods of antibiotic content include biometric method,ultraviolet spectrophotometer method and liquid chromatography method.In this paper,the research and application of antibiotic content detection methods in recent years are reviewed to provide ideas and knowledge for the quality control and research application of antibiotic drugs.
