摘要 目的研究以问题为导向(Problem-based learning,PBL)结合以案例为导向(Case-based learning,CBL)教学模式的形成性评价体系在中医护理临床教学中的应用效果。方法将90名中医护理临床实习学生分为实验组、对照组各45名,2组均进行PBL结合CBL教学,对照组实施一次性终结考核评价;实验组联合实施形成性评价和终结性评价。结果实习结束后2组考试成绩和教学满意度问卷调查结果相比较,实验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL结合CBL教学模式的形成性评价体系在中医护理临床教学中应用,可明显提高教学效果,值得进一步推广。 Objective To study the application effect of the formative evaluation system of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching mode in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine nursing.Methods 90 clinical practice students of traditional Chinese medicine nursing were divided into experimental group and control group,with 45 students in each group.Both groups were given PBL combined with CBL teaching.The control group was given one-time final assessment,and the experimental group was given formative assessment and summative assessment.Results After the internship,the test Results and teaching satisfaction questionnaire survey Results of the two groups were compared,the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The formative evaluation system of PBL combined with CBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine nursing can significantly improve the teaching effect,which is worthy of further promotion.
