摘要
目的探究与分析思维导图法教学联合迷你临床演练评估在血液科中医教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月—2020年5月于中国医科大学附属第四医院接受血液科中医教学的医学生120名,按照随机数字表法分为常规组与联合组,每组60名,常规组实施血液内科基础教学,联合组实施思维导图法教学联合迷你临床演练评估,对比2组医学生临床教学评分、考核等级及医学生对教学方法的满意度。结果与常规组相比,联合组理论知识、技能操作、综合能力、学习态度评分及总评分之和均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与常规组相比,联合组考核等级为优异的医学生比例较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与常规组相比,联合组医学生对教学方法的总满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将思维导图法教学联合迷你临床演练评估应用于血液科中医教学可获得较高的临床教学评分,考核等级优异者较多,医学生对此教学方法的满意度也更高。
Objective To explore and analyze the application of mind mapping teaching combined with mini-clinical exercise evaluation in traditional Chinese medicine teaching in hematology.Methods From May 2018 to May 2020,120 medical students who came to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University to receive traditional chinese medicine teaching in the department of hematology were divided into the conventional group and the combined group according to the random number table method,with 60 students in each group.The conventional group carried out basic teaching,and the combined group carried out mind mapping teaching combined with mini clinical exercise evaluation.The clinical teaching score and assessment grade of medical students and their satisfaction with teaching Methods were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the conventional group,the combined group had higher scores of theoretical knowledge,skill operation,comprehensive ability,learning attitude and total score,and the difference had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the proportion of medical students with excellent assessment grade was higher in the combined group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the medical students’satisfaction with the teaching method was higher in the combined group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind mapping teaching combined with mini-clinical exercise evaluation in traditional Chinese medicine teaching of hematology department can obtain a higher clinical teaching score,and there are more excellent students in the assessment grade,and medical students have higher satisfaction with this teaching method.
