摘要
目的研究翻转课堂教学法在中医外科实习护生教学中的应用效果。方法于2018年1月—2019年12月在中国医科大学附属第四医院中医外科实习的本科护生中选取120例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,各60例。对照组接受传统模式教学,实验组接受翻转课堂教学。2组均教学10个课时。比较2组教学后考核成绩与综合能力水平、教学满意度及各方面能力提升满意度。结果教学后,与对照组比,实验组理论知识、实际操作、综合能力评分及课堂自身感受、是否参与学习、课堂知识内化的吸收等7个项目的总满意率均较高;对照组与实验组教学满意率分别为61.67%(37/60)、81.67%(49/60),参与率分别为53.33%(32/60)、86.67%(52/60),继续参与率分别为56.67%(34/60)、91.67%(55/60),实验组均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂教学法在中医外科实习护生教学中可显著提高其理论知识及综合能力水平,进而可提高整体满意度,应用效果较好。
Objective To study the application effect of the flipped classroom teaching method in the teaching of nursing students in surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,120 undergraduate intern nursing students of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine were selected,and they were divided into a control group and a test group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Nursing students in the control group received traditional teaching mode,and nursing students in the test group received flipped classroom teaching.Both groups were taught for 10 hours.The assessment Results and comprehensive ability level,teaching satisfaction and various aspects of ability improvement satisfaction of the two groups of interns after teaching was compared.Results After teaching,compared with the control group,the test group has high satisfaction in 7 items including theoretical knowledge,practical operation,comprehensive ability score,class self-expression,participation in learning,and absorption of class knowledge internalization.The teaching satisfaction rates of the control group and the test group were 61.67%(37/60)and 81.67%(49/60)respectively,the participation rates were 53.33%(32/60)and 86.67%(52/60)respectively,and the continued participation rates were 56.67%(34/60)and 91.67%(55/60)respectively.The test group was higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching method can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge and comprehensive ability of nursing students in the teaching of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine,thereby increasing the overall satisfaction,and the application effect is better.
