五音疗法联合耳穴压豆对股骨颈骨折围手术期焦虑及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Five-tone Therapy Combined with Auricular Point Pressing on Anxiety and Sleep Quality of Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture during Perioperative Period

目的观察五音疗法联合耳穴压豆对股骨颈骨折围手术期焦虑及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2020年3月在江西省九江市中医医院骨伤科住院并行手术治疗的90例股骨颈骨折患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各45例。对照组患者在围手术期内予以中医骨伤科常规护理;治疗组在围手术期中医骨伤科常规护理的基础上,依据患者的证型选取不同曲调的音乐进行播放并进行耳穴压豆护理。结果统计2组患者术前1 d及术后5 d汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分情况。2组患者HAMA评分术前1 d、术后5 d相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者术前PSQI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后5 d 2组PSQI评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五音疗法联合耳穴压豆,可有效缓解患者围手术期的焦虑、提高睡眠质量,能为患者术后快速康复提供重要保障,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective To observe the effects of five-tone therapy on perioperative anxiety and sleep quality of femoral neck fracture.Methods 90 patients with femoral neck fracture in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics and traumatology in the perioperative period of patients with femoral neck fracture.The treatment group was given routine nursing of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics and traumatology in the perioperative period,and five-tone music with different tunes for playing and auricular point pressing according to the patient’s syndrome type on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment.Results The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores of the two groups 1 day before operation and 5 days after operation were statistically analyzed.There was significant difference in HAMA score between the two groups 1 day before operation and 5 days after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PSQI score between 2 groups before surgery(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in PSQI score between 2 groups 5 days after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Five-tone therapy combined with auricular point pressing beans can effectively relieve patients’anxiety during perioperative period,improve sleep quality,and provide important guarantee for patients’rapid recovery after operation,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
