参芪通络方治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shenqi Tongluo Recipe in the Treatment of Hemiplegia after Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨参芪通络方治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫的效果及对患者神经功能的影响。方法在沈阳市第二中医医院范围内,以2019年7月—2020年7月为时间节点,选取缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者80例,按照随机数字表法将其分成2组,对照组40例实施常规治疗,研究组40例基于此,给予参芪通络方治疗,治疗8周后,用国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)对2组患者的神经功能进行评定,比较2组患者的NIHSS评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率95.00%(38/40)显著高于对照组72.50%(29/40)(P<0.05)。结论针对缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者,给予参芪通络方治疗,效果好,能显著改善其神经功能,临床应用价值突出。

Objective To explore the effect of Shenqi Tongluo recipe in the treatment of hemiplegia due to ischemic stroke and its influence on patients’neurological function.Methods Within the scope of this hospital,from July 2019 to July 2020,80 patients with hemiplegia due to ischemic stroke were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.40 patients in the control group received conventional treatment.Based on this,40 patients in the study group were treated with Shenqi Tongluo recipe.After 8 weeks of treatment,the neurological function of the two groups was evaluated with the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),and the clinical effect and NIHSS of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(95.00%,38/40)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.50%,29/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hemiplegia due to ischemic stroke,Shenqi Tongluo recipe has good effect,can significantly improve their neurological function,and has outstanding clinical application value.
