The Value Pursuit,Essential Characteristics and Reality Codes in the Style Construction of the Communist Party of China

党风建设旨在培育中国共产党人践行马克思主义者主体精神的道德自律。党风建设三原则是党员实践马克思主义科学世界观的行动指南,提出了党员在为党工作中自我价值实现的实践模式。首先从价值关怀上蕴涵党员为人民服务的道德自律命题,要求党员通过理论联系实际认知为党工作的自我价值实现意义,通过密切联系群众认知无产阶级先锋队的道德责任规范,通过批评与自我批评形成坚持马克思主义真理的德性观;其次从理性自觉上培育党员为人民服务的道德自律意志,通过理论联系实际,使党员将马克思主义科学世界观内化为自律意识,通过密切联系群众增进党员对于马克思主义科学世界观的自我认知,通过批评与自我批评增进党员对于符合马克思主义科学世界观的行为的自我控制认知。党性教育是党风建设的根本性机制,要用实事求是思维将规范党风建设三原则内化为党员坚定党性的基本态度。

The aim of the style construction of the Communist Party of China is to cultivate the moral selfdiscipline of Chinese Communists when they practise Marxists’ subjective spirit. The three principles are the guide system for Chinese Communist Party Members practicing Marxist scientific worldview, and patterns for realization of self-actualization. Firstly, the three principles imply the proposition of fostering the moral self-discipline of serving the people of Chinese Communist Party Members. Secondly, the three principles cultivate the will for moral selfdiscipline of serving the people in the respect of rational self-consciousness. Party spirit education is the fundamental mechanism in the construction of the working style of the Communist Party of China. Using realistic thinking makes the three principles be internalized as the basic attitude to firm the party spirit for the Chinese Communist Party Members.
