试论红色出版文献数据库建设中的管理规范

Discussion on the Management Norms in the Construction of Red Publishing Literature Database

建设红色出版文献数据库是在数字信息化环境下红色出版文献保护、整理和出版的重要方式。目前已经建成了一批红色出版文献数据库,为红色出版史研究带来很大便利,但也存在着诸多问题。文章探讨建立一整套管理标准和规范来解决这些问题,从而使红色出版文献数据库建设有章可循、有据可依,进而实现协同发展、资源共建和共享。

Red publishing literature database is an important way for the protection,collation and publication of red publishing literature under the digital information environment.At present,a number of red publishing literature database has been built,which brings great convenience to the study of the history of red publishing,but there are also many problems.This paper proposes a set of management standards and norms to solve these problems,Which makes it have rules and evidence to follow,in order to achieve collaborative development,co-construction and sharing of resources.
