石化厂人员集中建筑物隐患治理方案设计

摘要 在早期的石油化工厂布置中,往往是厂内人员集中建筑物与生产装置、储存设施混建,对防毒、防爆的安全防护距离考虑不足,对建筑物内操作人员的生命安全造成极大的安全隐患。针对这一现状,以某石油化工厂为例,从满足防火间距、抵抗爆炸冲击波、防止毒气对人员造成生命威胁和可接受风险几个方面综合考虑,提出方案设计思路。得出针对人员集中建筑物的安全防护距离,以达到指导平面布置、保护建筑物内人员安全的目的。 In the previous petrochemical plant layout,less attention was paid to anti-toxic and explosion-proof safety protection distance between densely populated buildings and mixed construction of production units and storage facilities,which endangers the lives of the operators in the buildings.Aiming at such situation and taking a petrochemical plant as an example,one design for management of hidden dangers are proposed from comprehensive consideration of meeting fire break,resisting blast shock wave,preventing poisonous gas from posing life threat to the personnel and acceptable risks.And the safety protection distance for the densely populated buildings is obtained to achieve the goal of guiding the layout and protecting the safety of the personnel in the buildings.
