对苛刻工况下衬里管道的衬里材料性能进行分析,并通过研究对比国内外标准及国外专利商的工程规定,从衬四氟衬里的成型工艺、原料的性能指标及成品的各项性能等方面对国内外衬材料及方式进行全面对比,以达到对化工装置中的衬里管道材料在高温、高压、强腐蚀等苛刻工况的正确选用和应用的目的。

Analyzes the performance of lined material in lined pipes in tough condition,investigates and compares the foreign and domestic standards together with licensor’s specifications,gives an overall comparison of the foreign and domestic lined material and measure in shaping process of PTFE liner,performance values of material&product to achieve the proper selection and application of lined piping material in high temperature&pressure with strong corrosion condition in chemical plant.
