摘要 通过对石化污水系统的观察、思考、总结和对新技术、新设备的研究,指出现行石化污水系统“三废”处理工艺中存在的技术和运行上的问题,从“三废”处理一体化的角度提出优化方案,从技术经济、环境效益等多方面详细阐述优化方案在实现“双碳”目标下,在处理效果、节能、减排、降耗等方面的优势。 Through observation,thinking and summary of petrochemical sewage system and research on new technology and equipment,this paper points out the technical and operation problems existing in the current“three wastes”treatment process of petrochemical sewage system.It puts forward the optimization scheme from the perspective of“three wastes”treatment integration and expounds the advantages of the optimization scheme in detail from the aspects of technical economy and environmental benefits in terms of treatment effect,energy conservation,emission reduction under the realization of the“dual carbon”goal.
