摘要
热脱附工艺在油泥处理领域的应用越来越广泛,通过搭建“实验室热重+热脱附模拟小试+现场工业测试”递进式探索的模式,通过一系列实验,对东北某炼化企业的油泥进行分析。实验过程获取核心参数,并对获得的参数进行客观评估,旨在指导项目前期应如何进行物料检测,用以协助热脱附设备在设计阶段以及前期调试过程中对工艺参数的选择。结果表明:对热脱附工艺处理效果的影响,加热温度是决定因素,停留时间是影响因素。根据实验来确定加热温度,核实可用,而停留时间应比实验室热重实验延长10%。
Thermal desorption technology is increasingly being used in the field of oil sludge treatment.In this paper,the progressive exploration mode of“laboratory thermogravimetry+thermal desorption simulation test+field industrial test”is established.Through a series of experiments,the oil sludge of a refinery enterprise in Northeast China is analyzed.The core parameters are obtained in the experimental process,and the obtained parameters are evaluated objectively.The purpose of such evaluation is to guide the material detection in the early stage of the project so as to assist the selection of process parameters in the design stage and the preliminary commissioning process of thermal desorption equipment.In terms of the results,the heating temperature is the decisive factor and the residence time is the influencing factor on the treatment effect of the thermal desorption process;the heating temperature is determined according to the experiment,which can be verified,and the residence time should be 10%longer than that of the thermogravimetric experiment in the laboratory.
