基层应急广播平台架构及应用功能研究

Research on the Architecture and Application Function of the Basic-level Emergency Broadcasting Platform

对市、县级应急广播发展现状进行了调查,根据国家应急广播技术体系,因地制宜,结合基层基础条件,完成了由管理平台、覆盖网络、终端部署构建的基层应急广播平台架构设计,研究了基层应急广播信息流转内容和方式,最后对基层应急广播平台应用软件组成和各模块功能进行了描述。

Investigated the development status of emergency broadcasting at the city and county levels.According to the national emergency broadcasting technology system,adjusted measures to local conditions,and combined with the basic conditions of the grass-roots level,the architecture design of the grass-roots emergency broadcasting platform constructed by the management platform,coverage network,and terminal deployment was completed,and the grass-roots emergency broadcasting platform was studied.The content and method of emergency broadcast information flow,and finally,the composition of the application software and the functions of each module of the basic emergency broadcast platform are described.
