摘要
脑卒中是全球范围内致残和致死的主要原因,但因其治疗时间窗较短,患者常错过最佳治疗时间导致病情加重及严重的后遗症。竞争性内源RNA(ceRNA)异常表达在缺血性脑卒中的病理过程中发挥着重要作用,其介导细胞凋亡、炎症反应、血管生成、细胞自噬等病理过程。本综述通过总结相关研究来探讨ceRNA在缺血性脑卒中中的作用及分子机制。
Stroke is a major cause of disability and death worldwide.However,due to the short treatment time window,patients often miss the best treatment time,resulting in illness exacerbation and serious sequelae.The abnormal expression of competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA)plays an important role in the pathological process of ischemic stroke,which mediates apoptosis,inflammatory response,angiogenesis,autophagy,and other pathological processes.This review aims to explore the role and molecular mechanism of ceRNA in ischemic stroke by summarizing relevant studies.
