基于Optistruct翼子板分析

摘要 对钣金翼子板和SMC复合材料翼子板分别进行了尖点刚度分析、安装支架侧向刚度分析和抗凹分析。通过两种不同材料的分析结果与目标值的对比,研究翼子板采用复合材料代替钣金材料的可行性。结果表明:SMC复合材料性能优于钣金材料,翼子板可采用SMC复合材料代替钣金材料用于车身覆盖件。 The cusp stiffness analysis,installation support lateral stiffness analysis and dent analysis of sheet metal fender and SMC composite fender were carried out.Through the comparison of the analysis results and target values of two different materials,the feasibility of using composite materials to replace sheet metal was studied.The results show that the performance of SMC composite is better than that of sheet metal,and SMC composite can be used to replace sheet metal for fender.
