Multiple Elements of Urban Community Governance and Consolidating a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation:a Case Study of X Community in Hongqiao District,Tianjin

从城市社区治理的角度铸牢中华民族共同体意识的过程,是政治认同、关系互嵌、利益互动的内在统一。自下而上的社区教育促进了社区成员对中华民族交融问题的理解,增强了对中国共产党执政道路的政治认同,维护了民族团结。多元的社区文化活动有助于塑造各族成员的社区意识,促进多民族交往交流交融,稳固了族际关系。社区就业服务缓解了社区少数民族的就业难题,促进了多民族间深层交往的互联互通。

In the view of urban community governance,the process of consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is that of internal unity among political identification,relations embedding and interaction of interests.The bottom-up community education promotes the community members’understanding of the integration of the Chinese nation,enhances their political identification with the ruling pattern of the Communist Party of China and safeguards the national unity.Multiple community cultural activities are helpful for forging the sense of community among people of different ethnicity,promoting the communication and integration among all ethnic groups and stabilizing inter-ethnic relations.The community employment service relieves the employment problems of ethnic minorities and promotes the deep communication of different ethnic groups.
