角调音乐疗法联合kegel运动用于初产妇产后恢复的价值

The Effect of Angular Music Therapy Combined With Continuous Kegel Exercise on the Rehabilitation of Pelvic Floor Muscle Strength of Primipara

目的探讨角调音乐疗法配合延续性凯格尔(kegel)运动对初产妇产后盆底肌力康复的影响。方法选择2018年10月—2020年8月本院收治的90例产妇,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。两组均在分娩一周后进行延续性kegel运动训练,观察组产妇在此基础上结合角调音乐疗法。观察两组盆底肌力康复水平。结果干预后,观察组盆底肌康复水平明显好于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组下腹不适、排便异常、排尿异常、尿失禁及阴道分泌物异常等症状恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组盆底功能障碍(FPDI)-20评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论角调音乐疗法配合延续性kegel运动与仅运用延续性kegel运动训练相比更有利于促进初产妇产后盆底肌力的康复。

Objective To explore the effect of angular music therapy combined with continuous kegel exercise on postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation of primiparas.Methods A total of 90 parturients admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to August 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45)by random number table.Both groups received continuous kegel exercise training one week after delivery.On this basis,women in the observation group combined with angular music therapy intervention.The recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength between the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the recovery of pelvic floor muscles in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the recovery of symptoms such as lower abdominal discomfort,abnormal defecation,abnormal urination,urinary incontinence,and abnormal vaginal secretions in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of pelvic floor dysfunction(FPDI)-20 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Angle music therapy combined with continuous kegel exercise is more conducive to promoting the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength of primiparas than only using continuous kegel exercise training.
