温经通络方熏洗对肿瘤患者化疗后周围神经毒性的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Toxicity of Wenjingtongluo Recipe on Peripheral Nerve After Chemotherapy in Tumor Patients

目的探讨温经通络方熏洗对肿瘤患者化疗后周围神经毒性的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2021年9月我院中医门诊治疗的化疗后周围神经毒性患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组接受甲钴胺治疗,试验组接受温经通络方熏洗治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、周围神经毒性分级、生活质量。结果试验组的总有效率高于对照组(χ^(2)=5.160,P=0.023);试验组周围神经毒性0级多于对照组,2级、3级少于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.270,P=0.007;χ^(2)=5.540,P=0.019;χ^(2)=3.910,P=0.048);试验组周围神经毒性1级、4级少于对照组,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组KPS评分高于治疗前和对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.309,P=0.000;t=2.306,P=0.024)。结论肿瘤患者采用温经通络方熏洗能够有效提高患者治疗疗效,降低患者化疗后的神经毒性反应,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Wenjingtongluo Recipe fumigation and washing on peripheral neurotoxicity of tumor patients after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy who were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received methylcobalamin treatment,and the experimental group received Wenjingtongluo Fang fumigation and washing treatment.The clinical efficacy,peripheral neurotoxicity classification,TCM syndrome score,quality of life,motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=5.160,P=0.023);the peripheral neurotoxicity grade 0 of the experimental group was more than that of the control group,and grades 2 and 3 were less than those of the control group,with statistical difference(χ^(2)=7.270,P=0.007;χ^(2)=5.540,P=0.019;χ^(2)=3.910,P=0.048);the peripheral neurotoxicity grades 1 and 4 in the experimental group were less than those in the control group,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the KPS score of the experimental group was higher than that before treatment and the control group,and there was a statistical difference(t=4.309,P=0.000;t=2.306,P=0.024).Conclusion Tumor patients using Wenjingtongluo Decoction can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients,reduce the neurotoxic reaction of patients after chemotherapy,and improve sensory nerve conduction speed and quality of life.
