采用整体经络针刺法治疗单纯性肥胖的有效性研究分析

Study and Analysis on the Effectiveness of the Whole Meridian Acupuncture Method in Treating Simple Obesity

目的对采用整体经络针刺法治疗单纯性肥胖的有效性研究分析。方法将时间范围锁定在2020年3月—2021年3月之间,选取此时间段本市某医院收治单纯性肥胖患者94例。采用随机信封分组法将94例单纯性肥胖患者随机分成两个单独小组,每组47例患者。采用普通针刺方法进行治疗的单纯性肥胖患者作为参比组,采用整体经络针刺法进行治疗的单纯性肥胖患者作为试验组。对比两组单纯性肥胖患者治疗后的肥胖指标、血脂情况、炎性指标水平和治疗总有效性。结果在对单纯性肥胖患者进行治疗后,试验组单纯性肥胖患者的肥胖指标优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组单纯性肥胖患者的血脂情况好于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组单纯性肥胖患者的炎性指标水平优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组单纯性肥胖患者的治疗总有效性高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对单纯性肥胖患者进行治疗时,使用整体经络针刺法治疗能够改善患者的肥胖情况,优化炎性指标水平,提高治疗总有效性,建议在治疗单纯性肥胖时使用。

Objective To study the effectiveness of the whole meridian acupuncture method in the treatment of simple obesity.Methods The time range was locked in the period from March 2020 to March 2021.A total of 94 cases of simple obesity were treated in a hospital in this city during this period.A total of 94 patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into two separate groups using random envelope grouping method,47 patients in each group.Simple obesity patients treated with ordinary acupuncture were taken as the reference group and simple obesity patients treated with holistic meridian acupuncture were taken as the experimental group.The obesity indicators,blood lipid levels,inflammatory index levels and the total effectiveness of treatment in patients with simple obesity were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment of simple obesity patients,the obesity index of the simple obesity patients in the experimental group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05),and the comparison was meaningful;the simple obesity patients in the experimental group had better blood lipids than the reference group(P<0.05),the comparison is meaningful;the inflammatory index level of the simple obesity patients in the experimental group is better than that of the reference group(P<0.05),the comparison is meaningful;the total effectiveness of the treatment of simple obesity patients in the experimental group is higher than that of the reference group compared with the group(P<0.05),the comparison is meaningful.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with simple obesity,the use of integral meridian acupuncture can improve the patient’s obesity,optimize the level of inflammatory indicators,and improve the overall effectiveness of the treatment.It is recommended to use it in the treatment of simple obesity.
