基于超声评估的压疮护理管理策略在ICU患者中的应用

Application of Pressure Ulcer Nursing Management Strategy Based on Ultrasound Evaluation in ICU Patients

目的探讨基于超声评估的压疮(PU)护理管理策略在ICU患者的应用。方法选取我院在2020年1月1日—12月31日确诊并治疗的86例ICU患者,随机数字表法进行分组,对照组使用传统评估管理,研究组使用基于超声评估的护理管理。观察比较两组的压力性损伤发生比率;两组压力性损伤的分期情况。结果研究组压力性损伤发生率为9.3%,显著低于对照组的压力性损伤发生率25.6%(P<0.05)。对照组压力性损伤患者当中1期5例、2期3例、3期2例,深部组织损伤1例;而研究组发生1期3例,2期1例,提示研究对压力性损伤的预防情况更好。结论给予ICU患者使用基于超声评估护理管理,可显著降低ICU患者发生压力性损伤的风险及比率。

Objective To explore the application of pressure ulcer(PU)nursing management strategy based on ultrasound evaluation in ICU patients.Methods A total of 86 ICU patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 1,2020 to December 31,2020 were randomly assigned by digital table method.Traditional assessment management was used in the control group,and nursing management based on ultrasound assessment was used in the research group.The occurrence ratio of PU between the two groups was observed and compared.Staging of the two groups of PU.Results The incidence of PI in the study group was 9.3%,which was significantly lower than the incidence of PI in the control group of 25.6%(P<0.05).In the control group,there were 5 cases of stage 1,3 cases of stage 2,2 cases of stage 3,and 1 case of deep tissue injury.In the study group,3 cases of stage 1 and 1 case of stage 2 occurred,suggesting that the study has better prevention of PI.Conclusion Nursing management based on ultrasound evaluation can significantly reduce the risk and rate of developing PU in ICU patients.
